Using our services
- You must give accurate details when you register
- You are responsible for keeping your account password safe
- Services are provided for lawful use only
Domain availability and refunds
A name shown as available is checked again when we register it. If it turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you first and book another name only with your consent. If the order cannot be completed, we refund the full amount to your payment method within 15 working days. Once your domain is booked, or your website, design or CMS work is completed, the order is final and is not refundable.
Payments and renewals
- Invoices are due by the date shown
- Services and domains are activated after payment is confirmed
- Renewals must be paid before the renewal date to avoid interruption
